Becoming the athlete you want to be takes a lot more than practicing your passing technique or hitting every rep in the gym. Your development depends upon every choice you make, both on and off the field.

This commonly used analogy unfortunately doesn’t even cover half of the story. Highly tuned athletes are much more complex than any machine and food is much more than just fuel. Food is information for your body and facilitates communication between cells in a long chain of chemical reactions.
